(a) Equitable Treatment: You are entitled to fair treatment, free from sex-based discrimination.
(b) Participation: Engage equitably in all academic, extracurricular, and athletic offerings by The Classical Academies.
(c) Athletic Programs: If athletic programs become available at Northern United – Humboldt Charter School and Northern United – Siskiyou Charter School, you can seek information about opportunities from the athletic director or administrators.
(d) Scholarship Application: You can apply for athletic scholarships.
(e) Equitable Benefits: Receive equitable treatment and benefits in various aspects, including equipment, scheduling, transportation, tutoring, coaching, facilities, medical services, and publicity.
(f) Title IX Coordinator Access: You can consult our Title IX Coordinator regarding gender equity laws.
(g) Filing a Complaint: You can file a confidential discrimination complaint with the United States Office for Civil Rights or California Department of Education.
(h) Civil Remedies: You can pursue civil remedies if discriminated against.
(i) Protection Against Retaliation: You are protected against retaliation for filing a complaint.
